Frequently asked questions

What does Screenshot Zero do on iPhone?

Screenshot Zero helps you find and delete screenshots from your iPhone photo library so you can clean up clutter and free up storage faster.

Does Screenshot Zero upload my photos or screenshots?

No. Screenshot scanning and review happen locally on your device. Your photos and metadata are never uploaded.

Does Screenshot Zero delete screenshots automatically?

No. You review the detected screenshots first and confirm any deletion yourself.

Why does Screenshot Zero need access to my Photos library?

Photo access is required so the app can scan your library for screenshots, show you what it finds, and let you choose what to delete.

Why can't Screenshot Zero access my photo library?

Please check your device settings and make sure Screenshot Zero has permission to access Photos. Without that permission, the app cannot scan for screenshots.

Can I recover screenshots after deleting them?

Deleted items usually move to your system's Recently Deleted folder first, where they can be recovered for a limited time depending on your device settings.
