Photo access is required so the app can scan your library for screenshots, show you what it finds, and let you choose what to delete.
Please check your device settings and make sure Screenshot Zero has permission to access Photos. Without that permission, the app cannot scan for screenshots.
Deleted items usually move to your system's Recently Deleted folder first, where they can be recovered for a limited time depending on your device settings.
This is currently caused by a known issue in the app. We are already working on a fix and expect it to be resolved within the next few days.
